This instruction describes the current Braincore capabilities. When the interface or scenario changes, we update the material.
Prepare the employee
Before connecting a channel, the employee should have an instruction and verified knowledge. Finish the test scenario first so you are not configuring a live channel on an unverified setup.
Connect Telegram to the project
Open Integrations, add Telegram, and check the connection status. After a successful check, assign the AI employee that will work with this channel.
Check the first live conversation
Send a test message, confirm that it appears in Inbox, and check the reply. If the scenario requires a manager, agree the handoff rule in advance.
