A project is the business workspace
A project holds AI employees, connected services, conversations, results, and team settings. Create a separate project for each business so knowledge, access, and analytics do not mix.
An AI employee performs one clear role
An employee has an instruction, knowledge, tables, allowed actions, channels, and integrations. Start with one role — for example, answering frequent questions or qualifying a request — and only then expand the scenario.
You can verify the result
Before launch, you can check the employee in a test conversation. After launch, real requests and tasks appear in Inbox, and Analytics helps you see the outcome and the questions the employee did not have enough knowledge to answer.
