This instruction describes the current Braincore capabilities. When the interface or scenario changes, we update the material.
Prepare the materials
On the project start screen, enter the business name and the name and role of the future AI employee. Then add a website or individual links, files, or pasted text. Use only current materials: they become the basis of the draft.
- A website or individual pages with services and answers to questions.
- Documents with rules, descriptions, and current terms.
- Tables with a catalog, price list, or other structured data.
Review the processing result
Braincore shows the progress of processing materials and prepares a draft instruction, knowledge-base documents, and, if the materials contain structure, tables. Before applying the draft, review each result: the system may report a partially read file, a closed page, or conflicting data.
Apply and refine
After you apply the draft, the AI employee editor opens. Complete the instruction, check the knowledge, and only then move on to a test conversation and connecting a channel.
